I’m a community manager at Starbucks and have been doing social media at this company for about 3 years. Behind every social post published, there is a hardworking team consistently creating something new. From reinforcing positive brand sentiment, storytelling, engaging with customers, staying up on conversation trends and collaborating across teams.
